Sera is a BBC Horizons Artist 2019, based on Anglesey but with Cardiff as a second home. With her fresh take on Americana music, she writes and performs in both Welsh and English. She can be found on all social media platforms as @serasongs.

The Gentle Good is the stage name of Cardiff-based songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Gareth Bonello. Taking influence from the traditional music and folklore of Wales along with a myriad of sources from all over the world, Gareth creates timeless folk music in both English and Welsh.

Bilingual singer-songwriter Lowri Evans is blessed with a voice capable of wide emotional power, with her songs taking their musical colours from a broad palette that includes Americana, folk, country and blues, all beautifully knitted together through her innate musicality and heartfelt delivery.

Ffion Evans is a singer-songwriter from Landre in Aberystwyth. As a solo artist, her music has a folk-pop vibe. Accompanied with an acoustic guitar, cello and piano, her inspiration comes from nature, using the sun, sea and storms to create her sound.

Matthew Frederick fuses an early love of classic singer-songwriters with more recent influences to create a distinctive and timeless blend of pop, indie-folk and blues music, with a touch of Cymrucana and contemporary classical. With headline shows in the UK, US and Europe under his belt, as well as fronting BBC Introducing favourites Climbing Trees, the Rhondda Valley musician has released four albums, two EPs and eleven singles since his debut in 2011.

Grace Richards hails from Maesteg and learnt to play the guitar, piano, violin and ukulele from a young age. Performing folk, pop and indie style music, she is a bilingual singer-songwriter who uses art and poems to create music that conveys stories and emotions.
