Taste of Wales returns to the Welsh House for 2025 with a fabulous new menu!
“Outstanding”, “Wales in a jar!”
A memorable evening of Welsh food and drink, poetry and song at the Welsh House in Cardiff – the perfect introduction to our beautiful country.
Award-winning company, Loving Welsh Food, is delighted to be working once again with the Welsh House in Cardiff for this year’s Taste of Wales evenings. The first event takes place on Monday 31st March 2025.
“A lovely mix of light-hearted, good-humoured entertainment. A fabulous offer of Welsh food and drink, and the entertainment was perfectly pitched” Nia Hollins, Vale of Glamorgan.
On the menu for 2025 - we have a delicious, new 3-course meal followed by an evening of light-hearted entertainment celebrating all things Welsh. Loosely based on the traditional Music, Poems & Pints evening – this contemporary event includes beautiful and well-known music, a limerick competition, not-too-serious poetry and the ever-popular Welshisms. Ideal ingredients for a fabulous evening!
“It’s great to be working with the Welsh House once again – it’s the perfect venue for the Taste of Wales evenings, showcasing the very best of Welsh food and drink. Music, poetry and our Welsh food heritage are at the heart of Welsh culture and this is great opportunity for us to provide our local and international visitors with a true taste of Wales”. Sian Roberts, Owner Loving Welsh Food.
Loving Welsh Food is equally delighted to be working once again with, US-based, Tour Operator Go Collette. From March to November 2025, family-owned Go Collette will be bringing groups of international tourists to Cardiff as part of their “Exploring Britain & Ireland” tour. This will be the 3rd consecutive year that Loving Welsh Food and Go Collette have been working together.
